Production Intercom equipment has been used in a wide variety of situations.  In more conventional settings it has gained a reputation that is second to none for reliability, durability and attention to detail.  Although communications applications no not traditionally demand the highest quality of audio (remember the old telephones?), we have always strived to swim against the stream in this regard for two main reasons:  First, to achieve maximum intelligibility, and, second, to minimize listener, or ear, fatigue*.  Listener fatigue unfortunately, often results in irritability (definitely not what we want in an already stressful situation!)

By clicking here you will find application sheets describing many different configurations of our equipment.  If your application  does not seem to be similar to one of those shown please call and we will work through it with you.

Some of our new products (notably the 3 Series) are too new to be listed but these are examples of how we continue to design for flexibility and versatility, often from ideas gained from talking to you!.  We would enjoy the opportunity to talk to you about your communications needs.

* ‘Listener fatigue can occur when listening for extended periods of time to certain material. The exact cause has been the subject of debate, but it is generally accepted that it can be caused by the introduction of artifacts in the program material.   ..........If listeners get fatigued when listening to a radio station they may tune out, and either consciously or unconsciously they may come to avoid listening to that station.’  (Wikipedia)
